Shipping charges are astonomical
Your product is gorgeous and I use them for all my clients. But your shipping fees at 10% are insulting and I’m probably going to have use another site. Nobody charges that. You’re making money off the shipping and that’s wrong in every level. Most site offer free shipping. You’re in the dark ages.

We charge for shipping on wholesale orders but provide free shipping on retail orders, which is fairly common in our industry because wholesalers usually do not build in the cost of shipping in the prices of their product. We agree, the shipping fee is expensive, but unfortunately the charges are out of our control with the world wide shipping price surge of the last couple years. Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. We value every opportunity to improve our customers' experience. I'm sorry to hear that you have not been happy with our lead times. Our product is made to order, so each piece is crafted specially for you when an order is placed. This allows us to take incredible care over each order, ensuring high product quality and a wide catalog of products. However, it also means that we need 3-5 weeks to complete most orders; due to recent supply chain delays, we've had to expand this lead time to 6-8 weeks. While we regret increasing lead times, we have found that our commitment to American manufacturing has protected us from many of the delays affecting others in the industry. We also take great pride in our customer service and our transparency in communicating lead times and delays to our customers. We feel that we are clear in our communications, sales materials, and website regarding the made-to-order quality of our product and the time it takes to manufacture as a result. I’m sorry that this wasn’t the case with your order. Our customer service team will be in touch with you shortly (if they haven't already beaten me to it!) to go over your experience. Eastern Accents offers a beautiful…
Eastern Accents offers a beautiful product. The customer support is pleasant and helpful. We only had one issue with our most recent order. The pillow inserts were not shipped with the shams and coverlet we ordered. EA did ship the inserts out, however it did delay delivering the complete soft goods ensemble to our client. EA will continue to be our first choice for bedding and accents when working with our design clients.

The timing for standard products was…
The timing for standard products was super long ( but I understand). My fellow designer had a custom bed made by EA during that same time and it was MUCH quicker! Quality was grea, however.
