I have done business with Eastern…
I have done business with Eastern Accent for over 15 years and still do not understand why I am not on open account with Eastern Accents? I do not use credit cards and hate to pay for product before I receive. I do have an order in with Eastern Accents and asked if I could do an electronic transfer out of my checking account with no response. I feel like your customer service is always to busy to help me proceed with my orders. Please let me know if I can get on open account or send a check to get me order in process. Long back order with little information…
Long back order with little information as to progress or updates. When we did call to track it down and get an eta, it was difficult to get answers. Product did finally show up 12 + weeks later. Back orders are understandable. Lack of communication is frustrating.
