Love your Customer Service!
Love your Customer Service! Wish more companies/vendors were so pleasant to deal with. As designers. we are suddenly under such scrutiny and pressure with the recent delivery delays and such. So nice to have a pleasant experience! Will do more work with Eastern Accents when I can...

We were having a hard time choosing…
We were having a hard time choosing bedding for 2 of our beds in our store. We were at High Point just recently. The showroom was chaos. The gentleman who helped us, I wish I could remember his name, was wonderful at finding what we needed all over the showroom. We ended up with our favorite beds to date. Thank you! Barb

I had been looking for new bedding when…
I had been looking for new bedding when I discovered Eastern Accents on line. They have a plethora of collections, one more beautiful than the next. No matter what your color scheme is or what style you like, Eastern Accents has something that will work for you. One of the best parts was their customer service representative, Desiree who walked me through the products and the choices. She made ordering my new bed linens a pleasure. But the best part was yesterday when my linens arrived-they are beautiful. The workmanship is incredible. Their euro shams come stuffed and ready to use and the bolster which I had made with our initials turned out stunning. My husband who usually doesn't get excited about things like this was in love with everything. All in all, I can say without a doubt that this is a company who cares about the quality of their work and the satisfaction of their clients. I give then an A plus.

Love the product and my rep
Love the product and my rep. 4 stars instead of 5 as order was very delayed almost seven months; a little long even in this terrible supply chain climate.
