Expect your order to be extremely delayed
I was quoted 4-6 weeks when I placed my order. We are now at 8 weeks, with no eta. This happened the last time I placed my order.

Shipping charges are astonomical
Your product is gorgeous and I use them for all my clients. But your shipping fees at 10% are insulting and I’m probably going to have use another site. Nobody charges that. You’re making money off the shipping and that’s wrong in every level. Most site offer free shipping. You’re in the dark ages.

We charge for shipping on wholesale orders but provide free shipping on retail orders, which is fairly common in our industry because wholesalers usually do not build in the cost of shipping in the prices of their product. We agree, the shipping fee is expensive, but unfortunately the charges are out of our control with the world wide shipping price surge of the last couple years. Somebody will also reach out to you separately about your concerns if they haven't done so already. Thank you again for your business and I hope this helps!

Always a pleasure
Always a pleasure. I have been a customer in the trade program for many years now, I think it’s close to 20 or more years! Love the quality of the fabrics! Some of my clients have had their bedding for so long and it still looks great. Keep up the wonderful work!

Super timely!!!
I was shocked at the speed in which I received my last order! I have not received anything “early” since COVID began so when I received the order 3 weeks after the order was placed, I was thrilled!!!
