Eastern AccentsReviews of easternaccents.com

All of your products are lovely and well made. I like the choice of insert. That’s super important. Especially for customers with allergies. I would like to see possible sizes available.

Everything is made with high quality materials and fabricated with detail in mind. The bedding collections in particular are uniquely curated to feel high-end and individual. Their wide range of products allow us to use them for many styles and clients.

We use Eastern Accents for our pillow forms for custom pillows and they are very well made. They have a lot of filling in them so they are not flat like a lot of down pillow forms are. Also, the faux down forms are so nice and soft. They are priced very well.

Having placed orders with this company before I placed another order assuming they kept my credit card information on file like my other vendors do. When I called to see if the order had shipped I discovered they'd held my order for payment for weeks. I didn't know it because the email they sent went into my junk file. I feel like they should have picked up the phone and called to ask for my cc number instead of just leaving it hanging. Now my customer has to wait 6 more weeks for her order. I hate the lack of personal interaction. I know it's the trend but I find it tiresome and lazy on the company's part.
