Amazing experience all around. The communication from Brian and his team was great. I've been looking to start a Ted Lasso piece and once Brett Goldstein was announced, there was no question I would hop on it. From start to delivery, the experience could not have been better. The photo arrived just as I expected, and was very securely packaged. I can not recommend East Coast any higher. A+ all the way!

East Coast got my baseball bat signed exactly where I wanted it signed and with the right inscription. They even refunded me $10 for the COA because it was included free from MLB! I highly recommend using this company.

I don’t purchase privately signed things often (I like in person) but when I do I don’t hesitate to go thru ECC. Very easy to work with and I like that they have products that I can purchase from them to get signed and don’t have to mail in!! Well done guys, keep up the good work!!

Needs some improvements in directions of Send-Ins. There was no address available online pre-order or in the order confirmation email. Quick to respond to customer service email, but would have been easier if info was up front. Also beneficial to know that you can only use USPS only for PO box shipments. Spent needless time stopping by Fedex for shipment to be turned away. This is experience just sending in thus far. Experience on turnaround TBD
