Horrible company. Do Not buy an autographed photo from these guys! They will send whatever they want and do not concern themselves with what you request or care how you feel about it. I ordered a David Xanatos autograph by Jonathan Frakes and they sent me a Riker autographed Star Trek photo???? I did not get what I requested and they have 0 care when I contacted them. They claimed Xanatos photo was not available so they just did a Star Trek photo and changed the autograph request to an alternate character. They should have cancelled my order. I am no Star Trek fan and this wasn’t cheap. Very very disappointed in my item, the customer service and the over experience. I 100% do NOT recommend this company for any collectible needs or wants.
