Very good experience with Earthing Harmony and their customer support. I had many questions and they were so responsive and helpful, I got my answers within 30 minutes! That usually never happens.. good job!

I was so excited to get these shoes. I opened the box and the bottom of the shoe's are worn and have marks all over them. They are obviously used shoes. For $160 dollars ( that i would never usually spend) they need to have better quality control. Im praying they get back to me to resolve this issue. Im extremely unhappy.

I was so disappointed! I paid over $130 for sandals. They fit well but the copper rivet on the right sandal was not inserted properly so it did not lay flat and was so uncomfortable I couldn't wear it. I went back and forth with more than a dozen emails. I sent pictures twice and all they said is they give me 30% back but they will not replace the defective sandal. The responses were canned and they just keep repeating the same script over and over. On 6/17, a manager contacted me and ordered me a new pair of sandals and they arrived directly from Turkey on 6/28. They are beautiful and super comfortable. Thank you Earthing Harmony for doing the right thing! I love my new all leather Earthing sandals!

order arrived timely. shoes exactly as described. perfect fit. so comfortable and I anticipate the more the leather softens the better they will feel. im new to "grounding" I can't say what they do. I just know that my legs don't swell or throb in walking and I know when my sheet is unplugged so there is something beneficial to grounding yourself

Outstanding quality, comfort and service! I purchased the Chelsea Boots, Ankle Strap Sandals and Grounding Mat. The Ankle Strap shoes are by far my favorite so far. Excellent craftsmanship, leather quality and comfort - the leather insoles are so soft and smooth. The honey brown color goes with most everything in my wardrobe. I highly recommend their products, and you don't have to wait very long for shipment of products. Great service! And most of all, they have helped the pain in my back and hips!

We first purchased the grounding pads as we both have some health challenges. These made such a difference immediately. No aches and pains in the morning and a sounder sleep. Because we have adjustable beds, we decided to switch to the grounding sheets. These fitted sheets are a great choice with adjustable beds. This company has been easy to work asking questions in general. This is important to us. These grounding sheets are worth the investment.

6/18/2025 After reading my 1 star review on Trustpilot, Laura, a manager at Earthing Harmony reached out to me. She did everything she could to resolve the issues I was experiencing with their customer service rep. I'm updating my review to 3 stars. I appreciated her willingness to work with me to resolve the issues I was having. I'm hoping that they address the rep that was "helping" me so that no one else would experience the frustration I felt. I still haven't tried the products as I am awaiting additional accessories that are being shipped. Again, I appreciated every effort on Laura's part to resolve this issue. 6/16/2025 If I could give them zero stars I would! I made the mistake of not confirming that my outlets were properly grounded. I purchased the grounding fitted sheet, outlet tester, and two grounding mats. After testing the outlets they were considered unsafe. I didn't receive anything in the package that had my order number. I requested my order number and for the last 8 days I still don't have that info. I submitted pictures and from the rep I received an email including the return process which stated that I need to provide my order number. How am I supposed to do that when I don't have that information?! I don't have an account with Earthing Harmony where I could look up my order. I purchased from the website without ever having to create an account. Customer service is the worst ever! They don't provide you with the information you requested and you get the runaround. There are plenty of other companies out there providing the same product and in the United States. Stay away from Earthing Harmony!
