When I first bought my earthing harmony shoes I was so impressed. They are very comfortable and I liked the design. I had such high hopes for them. Less than a month later, the seams on the bottom of the shoe were already coming undone. I reached out to the company about it and they gave me $15 to have them repaired and gave me instructions on how to keep them in good condition which basically consisted of don't use them on rough/abrasive surfaces, or in the heat...so don't go outside with them! Then about 2 months in, the copper plug in my left side broke on the bottom, causing the top to become raised and now they give me blisters on my feet. I reached out to the company again and was offered a 5% discount to buy a brand new pair of shoes after only 4 months. Also, the way they are designed causes me to walk more on the outside of the heel and it has worn down to almost nothing already. I wish they were better quality, and would last but they don't unfortunately 😔

I have long wide feet. They are also quite flat. I have trouble finding shoes that fit well and are comfortable all day. Earthing Harmony flats were an exception! They fit well and provided day long comfort. Very unusual in my experience!

The sandals are AMAZING! My feet (especially my toes) feel so great. They are super comfy to walk in and I can't wait to buy a dress shoe for winter!

I ordered my first pair of shoes and I was so excited! They came in the mail and I tried them on. I wore them for about 15 minutes in my kitchen (which is what I usually do with any new shoes) and they felt like they were juuuuust a touch too tight and I really wanted them to be perfect. Well, when I emailed for a return I learned that I really did wear them too long. I didn’t realized that in that short time I scuffed the bottom of the shoes and I couldn’t no longer exchange them. I was disappointed but I understood… so a few emails later and a representative really encouraged me to try them with a thick sock and she said they would stretch a bit and mold to my feet and to be patient. Well 1 week later they were beautifully broken in and they are my favorite shoes! I really appreciated that the emails back and forth were kind and encouraging and reasonable. And I’m so happy they work for me! Thank you!

Website says “You’ve unlocked 30% off your order” for giving them your email. No coupon… reach out “hey, is there a code?”… they respond, “it says up to 30%”… send a screenshot saying “you’ve unlocked 30%”… they ignore it 😂👍

Great return policy

Great Customer service! I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and was guided through the whole return process. It took a while because they are made to order and boy were they worth the wait. So happy with them! Wish I had them in different colors.

Love these shoes! I am 7 months pregnant and these are the only sandals I can wear right now. They are very flat, which is what I need, and I could walk all day in these. The quality is unmatched, everything about this company is exceptional.
