I had fallen and was rehabbing at home. Per a friend, I decided to get some earth harmony shoes. I wore them for 30 days and they were wonderful! My rehab went well (at74) and continue to wear them.

I ordered the brown Barefoot Mary Janes. They were comfortable from the day I received them. I love the smell of the leather. The quality is excellent. My husband was very impressed with them and now he wants some of his own! (Not Mary Janes but tennis shoes and dress shoes.) We will be sending another order in shortly!

Communication is prompt, polite & accommodating. I love my black shoes & my new long boots are very comfortable. They will be perfect in the fall weather.

Absolute horrific return experience. Do not buy from them! I requested a return the same day my order arrived, still sealed and unopened. It took 2 months and constant follow-ups to get a partial refund. Timeline: 07/28: Ordered a grounding sheet. 07/29: Got a "ready to ship" email. 08/07: Package arrived (9 days later). I requested a return that same day, without opening it. 08/07 to 08/23: Weeks of emails and calls. No replies unless I chased them. They don't provide a return label, so I had to push for one. 08/23: They finally created a label and charged me $7 for it. I agreed. 08/27: Mailed the return. 08/31: Tracking confirms delivery to them. 08/31 to 09/17: Silence. Nothing. 09/17: I called and emailed. They confirmed receipt but gave no real answer on why the refund hadn't been processed. 09/18: Refund arrived, minus a $30 "restocking fee" never mentioned when I arranged the return. (they do not clarify the amount of the restocking free upfront... they just surprise you with a $30 fee after the refund is complete) - absolute lack of transparency and honesty, and not even sure if this is legal TBH. They use confusing language on their website to pretend they are an honest, customer-focused company. They advertise a 45-day return window and a "satisfaction guaranteed, full money back" promise, yet their terms say you can't use the item. How do you know if you're satisfied with a sheet you can't sleep on? And their claim that the team is there "to keep things simple" was the opposite of my experience. No label, no updates, no refund until I asked. Every step felt designed to wear me down until I gave up. In my experience, this company made a simple return on an unopened item a 2-month ordeal and still kept $37 of my money. Please think twice before buying. For context: I am a US customer in TN and their return address was also US (NEENAH, WI 54956)

So far, so good! I have been walking 3 miles/day in the slip-on huaraches since I got them 2 weeks ago. So far my arthritic big toe which is normally quite painful if it flexes while walking — to the point I have had to insert carbon fiber insoles to prevent my foot from bending — shows no sign of pain.

Style: Barefoot Huarache Slip Ons I put them on the moment I received them and WOW! The leather was so soft. The wide toe box really adds to the comfort level. And it's so pleasant to have natural fibers as the soles. Add the grounding piece to the design and, well, I am just oozing with excitement every time I get to put them on! They run true to size.

After I emailed the right place, they responded very quickly, which I really appreciated. I also loved the discount, so I could buy 1 more pair!!! Great quality shoes that I hope lasts a long time.
