I ordered shoes almost 2 months ago and never received the shoes. My credit card was charged, and despite my several requests to refund the cost of the shoes nothing was ever done. UPS never received the shoes I ordered for delivery. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Great personalized customer service. My sandals were too big. I was given the option of sending them back to be altered by hand or exchanging them for a smaller size. The smaller size fits perfectly and they are great quality.

Gorgeous product. Oh, my goodness. Ok, they worked with me so I could afford the boots. However long it took to get to me, it was worth it. Amazing boots! I almost don't wanna wear them, or I might mess them up. But, I will wear them with pride. The workmanship is soooooo perfect!

I love these shoes. They fit perfectly right out of the box. The brown tall boots are my favorite.my mom loves her black ones I got her as well.i wear these every time I go for a walk in the woods and they are so comfortable even after walking 2+ miles. I may also get a black pair of boots for myself. It took a few weeks to arrive but they were well worth the wait.Very happy with my purchase.

I kept seeing ads for Earthing Harmony so as interested as I was by the product, I was hesitant order because I didn’t hear about them until the ads came up. They claim they are handmade in Turkey and, much to my surprise, the product was shipped from Turkey. I ordered a pair of sandals (two strap slide ons - can’t remember the name at this time) and they are one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I have ever owned. The material is buttery soft and they form nicely to my feet. I did use their guidance and measured my feet resulting in ordering a smaller size than I normally would have, and it worked out well. I have wide feet and they formed nicely to them without much “wear in” time. Overall I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase and can’t wait to buy my next pair, which is going to have to be soon because sandal season is almost over for me.
