1 pair turns into 4 pairs 💖
I ordered one pair of shoes about two months ago-August 2026… needless to say I absolutely loved that pair, so when EH had a buy two and get one free I purchased a pair of boots and two more pairs of shoes. All four pair are great quality and as described in every aspect. Keep up the great work I’m sure I will purchase again 💖

Four pairs in two months is the best kind of vote of confidence, so thank you 💖 We’re so glad your first pair won you over, and even happier that the boots and the two new pairs lived up to it. Enjoy breaking them all in, and if you ever need anything, we’re just an email away.

VERY poor quality shoes
VERY poor quality shoes. And I mean the WORST I’ve ever tried. The quality literally deteriorates in a few months of wearing. I also wore it for a couple months during the summer (when it’s not raining or wet), and the soles, the actual leather itself and the glue that holds the sole together has deteriorated. I requested a refund and they offered a partial refund of $30. The shoes are ugly too.

I’m really sorry your shoes started falling apart after just a few months of wear. Soles, leather, and glue breaking down that quickly, especially in dry summer conditions, is not what anyone should expect from a pair of shoes, and it’s not the experience we want any customer to have. We also hear that the resolution you were offered didn’t feel fair, and we’d like to take a closer look. Please reply to your order email, and a senior member of our team will personally review your case and talk through your options. We’d really appreciate the chance to make this right.

These shoes are even better than i hoped! I ordered two pairs of penny loafers and one pair of Barefoot Diagonal Lace Up Shoes. They all fit great, but I really love the look of the diagonal lace up shoes and the fit is amazing as is the quality.

Three pairs and every one a great fit? That’s exactly what we love to hear! We’re so glad the Barefoot Diagonal Lace Up Shoes have become a favorite. That design is a real standout, and it’s great to know the quality lived up to the look. Enjoy all three pairs, and if you ever need anything, we’re just an email away.

Mary Janes do not fit properly
The Mary Janes I received were loose and sloppy in the heel area and tight in the toe box. Furthermore the soles were rock hard and not at all flexible. They might have loosened overtime but I also expected everywhere to loosen making them unwearable. When I returned the shoes, I had to pay a restocking fee, plus I had to write to them a month after sending them back for them to issue a refund. Only then was a refund promptly refunded.

We’re sorry your experience with us fell short, both with the shoes and with your return, Sarah. That’s not what we want for any of our customers. Please email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Trustpilot Review,” and a senior member of our team will look into your concern and review everything again with you. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’d really like the chance to turn your experience around.

I ordered the Earthing Harmony Barefoot Double Strap Sandals. I'm so happy with them! They shipped quickly from Turkey to the United States. I love the craftsmanship and quality. I usually wear a size 9 and ordered my usual size. They're true to size and fit perfectly!

Grounding surf huaraches?
Grounding surf huaraches?! What?! I know these are in the ladies section but I’ve been rocking them for over a month! They are very well made, sturdy yet comfortable and breaking in beautifully. I suggest sizing down…I normally wear EU 41 and in these I wear EU 40 to allow for stretch. HIGHLY recommended.
Response from EarthingharmonyOct 23, 2026
Love this! Thanks for giving our Huaraches a try and proving they’re for anyone who appreciates a well-made sandal. We’re so glad they’ve held up beautifully over the past month and are breaking in just the way they should. Your sizing tip will be a real help to other shoppers, and if anyone has questions about fit, our team is always happy to help.

I had problems from the get go with…
I had problems from the get go with this company. First my shoes took like 6mo to arrive. And every time I called or emailed nobody EVER got back to me. Then my shoes arrived and the backs were hurting my feet. After about 2 weeks of wearing them the leather began peeling off the bottom and I had to use super glue. I emailed the company about this and still NO RESPONSE. A waste of $200 if you ask me.

Poor quality and no customer service
In April I purchased a pair of boots and a pair of sandals. They were not cheap. When they arrived, the products looked cheaply made. The soles offer no support. I tried to reach out to the company to inquire about their return policy, and I was ghosted. I do not recommend this store. I can’t even sell them on marketplace for a heavily discounted price.
