I have ordered this online sometime in September 2016 however todate I have not received the earplugs. The local carrier Australia Post said they have delivered the parcel and they could not provide furhter details as signature was not require upon delivery and they may have put the parcel into the mailbox???? They said they could not investigate further and requested me to inform the sender to contact them directly for claims. I have since informed Earplugs to claim as sender. I have also contacted Earplugs helpdesk Ms Sally,it seems the company cluases claimed it's the local carrier's responsibility and accountability for my package. Their policy for claims of non-receipt that all charges to the customer remian in effect upon delivery. In effect Earplugs doesn't really care if their customer receive the goods or not as long as they get your money. My question is as a sender, Earlpkugs should ensure as a delivery condition that the carrier request proof of ID and signature upon delivery of goods to the recipient. In the event where customer did not receive the goods, Earplugs should re-assure their customer that once they've investigated and lodged their claim with the carrier they will re-mail the goods. But nothing has been done and I am left stranded. Both parties claimed no responsibility towards the safe arrival of my parcels and as a customer who paid for the goods I am left helpless, frustrated and angry. In the end I have no choice but to contact my credit card provider to claim on Earplugs on my behalf which consume my time in collecting all the evidence required for this claim. I was told it will take 45 days to know if I will get back my claim from Earplugs. My experience with Earplugs was not pleasant at all. As a regular online buyer I find this is not a reputable company to deal with as there's no after sale service. These earplugs don't work. My husband snores and I was hoping they would block it out. They don't. They don't even work as well as the silicone ones I purchased in our drugstore. I wish I wouldn't have wasted my money.

These earplugs are amazing. I have been using silicone plus until now, but these work so much better. They are comfortable, and I truly can sleep on planes / trains / automobiles now. Thank you!

I absolutely love these mighty plugs. I've tried about 30 different foam types and I simply cannot get on with them. Some of them put excessive pressure on the ear canal and others are painful to wear for long periods of time. I stumbled on these by accident and have to say I'm glad I did. As a night shift worker these have improved my life dramatically. I'm now able to get a decent rest without the noise of my ignorant neighbors and their dogs. Buy yourself a sample pack and see for yourself how good they are! I find one of the plugs can be split into two which is more than enough material for my ears to achieve blissful peace and quiet. I often wear them when I'm not sleeping and want to read a book or when I'm just tired of the noise intrusions around me. This product is simply the best of its kind and worth the small price for your sanity. Suburbia is more tolerable with them and they last a lot longer than I imagined (I always wash my hands before handling them).

The service getting the plugs here was good. The comfort level very good, and the blocking out of snoring not as good as I thought it would be, but better than the orange foam ones that I have tried previously.
