Dear Michael: I'm here to the rescue!!!! In a moment, you'll be so surprised and very happy !!! They will block it ALL out when you insert them so that they SEAL-SEAL-SEAL your ear canals!! Michael, (( please follow the instructions )) below and your disapointment will turn in to elated happiness!!! 1. Just before insertion, take (( ONE )) ear plug at a time and (work or knead) it between your fingers or hands for at LEAST15 seconds to make the Beeswax ear plug (soft and mouldable). 2. Then push and flatten it (a bit firmly), IN and AGAINST your ear opening, UNTIL YOU FEEL the ear plug (( SEAL )) your ear canal. If it doesn't seal immediately, then just keep your finger pressed against the ear plug for a few more seconds and it will SEAL PERFECTLY. 3. Now take the other ear plug, and prepare it and insert it (exactly) the same way as the first ear plug. With both ears sealed well, now listen to only SILENCE. You'll now have the HIGHEST BLOCKING EAR PLUG in the world doing what it does best; IT'S BLOCKING OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Michael, we're with you ALL THE WAY until you get this working PERFECTLY, so please keep me posted. You can even phone us here in the office and we will walk you through (over the phone) on inserting this wonderful ultra-high blocking ear plug. We are at 1-800-226-1884. If we can't answer, just leave your message and we'll call you back! Most Sincerely Mary-customer service
