I've contacted Eahora three times about questions and issues with my Juliet and they have responded within 2 days on each. The explanations/service provided are adequate and I hope they continue to be. The bike is a beast and easily goes 100 miles on a charge.

Incredible bike, fast, durable, definitely has greater than 100 mile range. It is heavy but if you live in a windy area, the 20 inch tires give it a lower profile and it feels more stable. The original saddle is good but I'm 126 lbs so I upgraded the saddle for a wider and a little softer feel. This bike is addictive, it performs nicely over many surfaces, it's probably too heavy for extreme single-track .

This ACE Eahora bike works well for me in muddy terrain and on converted railroad trails. Excellent shock absorbers and I get a broader, further range because it’s electric. Great, durable battery life. Customer service communication is super helpful. They pinpoint specifics of my bike and other useful, quick, reliable services.

Fabulous ride. I purchased it to run errands around town. We have solar panels so my ride is free. I had many questions and the support was immediate and helpful. It is an attention getter.

Eahora has always been with me. I bought a Eahora azarias and everything was going fine until my charging port caught on fire. They were quick to help me out and sent me a new one. Overall they're not bad for a Chinese company 👍
