Don't buy a bike here! My Romeo Pro 2 was delivered with a broken controller. After a few weeks, the bike stopped running. A few months after replacing the controller, the pedal sensor broke. Then there was a problem with my front suspension fork. And now my rear rim is cracked! They won't send me any more parts because my warranty is one month out. But in the meantime, my Eahora Romeo Pro 2 has been out of service for over six months! Now they want to charge me €180 for a rim and spokes, and I'm supposed to wait 40 days for the replacement parts.

This is why I will never buy anything from Eahora again. They are basically admitting that their bikes only last a couple of years. My "X7 Special 2023" is only 2 years old. The first motor and controller went out at 11 months. Thankfully they did replace both under warranty. The second controller goes out at two years and now they no longer carry them? They're basically telling me to toss the bike in the garbage.

I purchased this bike, it came about two months after I purchased it. I rode the bike for about a month. Charged it five times. On the sixth attempt to charge I got a battery error. I’ll contacted her service department. The situation has still not been resolved. I’m nowhere near a resolution. And I was literally told by the service department to search YouTube to find answers to my questions. Buyers beware.

This has to be the worst customer service I have come across. I put in a warranty claim 5 months ago and still have not had a resolution. I would like to be able to give this bike a good review. But given the compleat lack of customer service. I can not recommend.

Wish I could give negative stars! This company is horrible. We purchased the Romeo Pro 3 just a few months ago and the brakes have been awful since day one. The bike has been in the shop multiple times getting the brakes bled and checked. Now the brakes go completely out while riding the bike which was very unsafe so I ordered a new brake kit off the website where it clearly states the part is in stock and ships the next day. Checked tracking and days later still hasn’t been shipped out so I emailed Eahora customer service explaining the situation with the brakes (which I’ve previously done with no help from them) and how soon will the part be sent out. They respond back with they are on holiday from September 30th until October 8th…. What?! Horrible customer service. Horrible unsafe bike. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Steer clear!

Worst experience, three days of run around and no help at all. Highly recommend finding a different company to do business with. Amazon never ever responded to any request for help and it looks like Eahora gave me the big middle finger too.

Eahora will not refund me or contact me about fully failing defective brakes system. Both failed and no one returns my email requesting a return label for the refund. I was polite and also sent photos as proof. Avoid Eahora at all costs. Absolutely horrible customer service and support. The bike is otherwise decent except for the faulty brakes.
