Bough my bike 2 weeks ago with an alleged 5-7 day delivery time. Now, 13 days later, I see no indication that my bike will be delivered any time soon. The first two days went fine according to the tracker. Since then it hasn’t updated in about 9 days. As far as I’m aware it still hasn’t shipped from Poland and there’s no indication of when it will. I contacted customer service 3 days ago and got a response within the day stating they would look into it. Since then I haven’t heard back from them..

Ik wil eventuele kopers attenderen op de nadelen van aankoop van een Dyu fiets. Ik heb zelf een Dyu C6 gekocht via Ali-express. In de loop van 4 maanden ging de stabiliteit van de ophanging zo achteruit dat de fiets onstabiel werd en niet meet bruikbaar was. Dyu heeft geen servicepunten in Nederland en de fietsenmaker kon de fiets niet zo maar maken. Ik mag de fiets (garantie met creditkaart) nu voor eigen kosten terug sturen naar Ali Express. Hiervoor een fietsverpakkingsdoos voor 30 euro op Schiphol moeten kopen. Het valt mij op dat heel veel reviews van Dyu fietsen op internet zijn van influencers die de fiets gratis hebben gekregen. Ik zou zelf geen fiets meer kopen waarvan de fabrikant geen contract heeft met servicepunten in Nederland.

I bought a King 750 bike from DYU and after riding it for less than 600km (about s months use) the brakes started to fail. I took the bike to a mechanic who told me the brakes where faulty and he was surprised to hear I had problems already. Unfortunately he couldn't fix my brakes because the components where unknown to him. I contacted DYU costumer service who agreed - after I send them a video of the brakes not working - to send me a new pair. That's more than three weeks ago now. They say the parts aren't available, but that's not what the online store says. If these brakes needs replacement every 600 km, this is the worst deal I've ever made. At this point I've spent more on public transport than the brakes would have cost me to just buy myself. TL;DR: Replacement parts must be acquired from the DYU store, but handling takes a very, very long time and you'll possible need replacements often.

Ordered a bike in April and the bike is faulty.. sent me a replacement throttle telling me this was the issue telling me to replace the handle bars as well because they some how control the bike’s mechanism keep going back and forth honestly fed up now bikes going in the skip won’t be ordering from here again waste of £450

Don’t let yourself be fooled by these Chinese scammers. They collect your money without delivering to you, and on the 50th day they no longer respond to you. Save your money they only deserve prison !

Its impossible to contact online in the chat, i tried every day for over 2 weeks now, and I send also around 15 email to them and they only respond on one and only said we will get back to you tomorrow about your issue and that was one week ago now!! The problem is that my package is still not sent for over 21 days now, its still not handed over to shipping Company!!! This is crazy and its impossible to contact them!!! And now i can also edit my mesage here and say it took totally 6 months before i got my battery and as DYU answered to contact on that email adress, i already sent many email to them in that email adress but they only answer on one of my email and it took 2 weeks before i got answer, then i answered back again and asked again where is my package and the answer i got took 2 weeks to just answer my question!!! And as i already said it took a total of 6 months to get my package after i ordered it! This is so bad, and what if i need to buy new batttery again after 2 years, is it gonna take 6 months again if i order again??
