Customer service is top. Refund process is very fast. I had to cancel one item and they processed my refund right away. They got to me as soon as they realized one item I ordered is out of stock and if I wanted to, I could wait for a couple of days for the re-stock. Unfortunately I had to cancel that item because I needed the other item I bought urgently. Not every store online get back at you as quickly as they did to me,speaking from experience btw. Sometimes,you have to wait days before they reply, I solved mine in a matter of hours,if I had replied faster,I believe we had solved it quicker, including the whole refund process. So satisfied. I’ll wait for the items to arrive and maybe update my review for the items bought.

I absolutely love my DYU M20. It's extremely comfortable and has become my go-to for my daily commute. The design is sleek and beautiful, and after riding it for weeks, I haven't had any problems at all.

I bought my campx electric wagon and its design stands out compared to other wagons. It helped me haul so much heavy gear, I absolutely love it! The support is fast and effective, I have already recommended my dad to buy one.

I got my package and am about to check things and I will give a review

First, I received the free lock at the correct address, with no intervention needed. Second, I manually looked up the shipping details for my bike, and saw that DPD not only failed to deliver my bike, but that they had registered my address incorrectly in their system. DPD and Asendia regularly have this issue where they completely fail to include the house number. Not once, not twice, but at least 5 times now, DPD has had this issue, and they don't call me nor email me to let me know. You must create a DPD account with the exact same email which you used to purchase from DYU, then you have to manually change your settings and update your account details, before you have the option to edit the incorrect shipping information on their platform. I have no problems with DYU, but I would happily have paid whatever it costs to ship via DHL EXPRESS, DHL Parcel/DHL Ground, or UPS instead.
