If there was a possible NEGATIVE NUMBER for these star ratings, I would give it. This company is the WORST. STAY AWAY FROM DX!

Please be careful when ordering from this guy. Bought a saber for my son And still have not received. After over a month of excuses there is zero communication and still haven’t received my order. Very frustrated.

I’ll keep this short and to the point. I do not recommend you buy from here at all. It has been 3 months since I ordered my saber and I have been told every so often that it will arrive in a few weeks. I wait, then nothing. I spam his Instagram and get a reply similar to “I didn’t see this message” after spamming many. Then, I am left on read and try to contact again when I am met with “please be patient I am helping other people” when a simple question of “when will my lightsaber arrive” was asked. Take your money elsewhere and don’t get scammed,

Terrible company bad customer service,gives up on customers that need the most help with there order. I bought a saber on new years called the radiant Rogue,Its a double bladed lightsaber that comes with two hilts and two blades and a connector to put the hilts togther to make it double bladed.I got my order in march though It felt like I had to fight with the company to get my saber. When I got my order I saw that my order was not completed I got only one hilt with a blade,and a broken hilt with out a blade,and no connector. I contacted the company about the issue and if they can ship out the rest of my order and no response. So yes all these bad reviews about this company are true not lies. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Just got my Saber and it’s ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Definitely worth going for the neopixle version. I had to wait a little longer than first anticipated but it’s well worth the wait and what you get for the price you won’t be disappointed. Paul kept in touch every step of the way. Looking forward to our next purchase from Dxsabers soon.

I ordered my saber back in December. Nothing. I attempted to contact them and actually got a response in January saying that it would take longer than the promised 2-6 weeks. I was fine with this. Fast-forward to Late February and I had still not received any shipping notice, all while the company was beginning to get exposed for some of it's shady business practices. I attempted to contact the company again about my shipping, to receive no response. I even attempted to contact them on their social media platforms (which were listed as open for DMs). It has been six weeks without response. Not to mention the company promising free merchandise to people who would leave positive reviews on their trust pilot. People who, mind you, didn't actually use the company before leaving the review... Overall I felt really sketched out the whole time, there are some people with far greater horror stories but yeah, do not use.

Absolutely unprofessional! Went to set location after messaging about picking up a saber from the store. Received a message from store owner saying there is local pick up. Was not a store of his own!!!!!!!(Location was set to the ups store he sends his them out to) The UPS gave his address, went to his location to try to purchase a saber. There was no answer. I drove over an hour an I've sent multiple messages & email before, during, and after leaving his residence and still have not received a reply. A friend of mine messaged him inquiring about a saber aswell and he answered them while completely ignoring my request. If you can find a cheaper option online, I would just do so because he personally does not make them, and just buys them cheaper overseas and bumps the price up a bit. I personally would not recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TRUST IN DX SABERS I can’t begin to tell you how awesome this saber is also it’s the only one in the market I could afford as so many other companies are super expensive. It’s a shame to see so many people be so negative to a small family business but believe me when I tell you to trust in Paul and trust in DX Sabers. They have worked so hard to get my order to me and I am over the moon, the saber is insanely bright, easy to use and sounds fantastic with all the sounds and effects and even sounds from the movies! Throughout the whole process of the order they have been great and transparent during a tough time in the world and I was so excited when it arrived to even the post man being excited delivering the package, addressing my sibling as Master Jedi truly has made his day. Be patient with them , they work hard and their products are insane!
