Just my experience! I had heard about this company's sabers and read the comments from others but I have certainly had a positive interaction with this company from the start. I came across them while on a IG Live feed and the owner, Paul, was quick to respond to my question before I made my purchase of the BadAss Crimson Maul Saber. It shipped within the stated timeframe and arrived undamaged and well packaged. Works perfectly and the light and sound combinations put a stupid grin on my face right away. I have several saber already from other companies which had serious problems with the sound boards and batteries as well as "adapted saber parts" that did not fit well or last long. Time will tell for the quality of this one although from the look, feel and function of it, I don't foresee any problems. I have even reached out after the fact to ask a few questions and met with a quick response. Now, I am a bit older, 57, and like I said, I've had quite a few other sabers, but I do expect to purchase a few more in the future. So I may update this review in the future. Thanks again for the best Saber I've ever Purchased and keep up the good customer service! As I business owner, I know it pays to keep the customer informed and happy! May the Force be with You! Absolutely phenomenal Saber company! I got the fate of leia the crimson maul. And a neopixal Mail single! And I’m absolutely obsessed! Nice and easy website. Customer service was a fast and nice response! For a small company they sure are doing good by the customer! Definitely buying again! Not really sure why people think they scam bc they definitely didn’t scam me!

Got my light saber for my birthday last year from Paul at DX Sabers. I was a little nervous about the quality and shipping as I have never had a high quality saver before, but I was SUPER impressed with how realistic it looks. The sound board works perfectly (despite it falling off the mount I have like 10 times) and it looks killer. Shipping was a bit worrisome but anybody with a small business knows shipping sucks. Covid was rough but super happy to see that DX sabers is still making new products.

Wonderful lightsaber It took a while to get some of the lightsabers because lf covid and missing stock deliveries to dx. But I have 5 neopixel replicas so far and I love them so much. They are super awesome and have some really cool colors and sound. Some of them even play the jurassic park theme song

My first time experience with Dxsabers has been wonderful! My saber arrived in a timely manner and the customer service has been great regarding any replacements I have needed and any battery replacements needed as well. I genuinely love their pieces and will be coming back for more styles
