Bought a Saber during AwesomeCon. Great Saber and great display piece.

Bought a saber from the site a few months ago. And its completely broken. Reached out via email 3 times and have heard nothing back. Within the lightsaber community they are clearly known to be a scam site and a massive drop shipper

I purchased a mystery box Saber at Xolocon for my son and he loves it! Very well made and durable. I play with it as much as my son does! Very friendly and responsive. Great product and stellar customer service.

I met the owner of this company at an event in Mesa Arizona and he presented as pleasant and caring. This turned out to be a scam very quickly. My wife, other family members, and myself purchased sabers at this convention and while some of us walked away extremely happy about our purchases my wife and I were not as lucky. My wife purchased a Leia saber and I purchased a much more expensive Dark Saber, both had extremely bad issues and should never have been up for sale in all of our opinions. The Leia was missing multiple screws, had stripped threads on multiple areas, and the emmiter was literally falling out. My Dark Saber stops working randomly, switches profiles randomly, and has sound issues galore. Both sabers are poorly machined, have very sharp edges, and overall feel cheap. The owner was apparently removed from the event, or left early to avoid selling underwhelming products, as he was not present the very next day and another saber vendor handled making sure that we were taken care of and gave us this owner's contact information. The owner has not replied to any of our emails and we will absolutely never deal with this company again. We were made aware of this site by fellow saber community members and wish that we had this information earlier. Overall terrible experience and there are definitely better, actual caring saber vendors out there that will take care of their customers honestly and properly.

I had an awesome experience with DX Sabers. I received my mystery box and I’m very satisfied with the design and quality of the product. Any questions I had were answered very quickly and clearly. All and all I would order from them again.

This is a great small business. Please support small businesses. They really do care about their customers. Don’t listen to the hate because they are wrong. These are great people here

Once again promises to pay have been made and broken. Two more dates for my refund to be made have not come to fruition. Dxsabers has pushed me beyond my level of patience. The final straw was when I went to the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. I was unable to file a complaint because the BBB will no longer accept postings regarding Dxsabers. Why??? The BBB says ON THEIR WEBSITE that they discovered Dxsabers was paying people to write positive reviews and can no longer be trusted. Their dishonesty, lack of professionalism and deceit have now given me no choice but to pursue legal action. Such action is now in the works. 3/15/24 I appreciate the response from Dxsabers. However I need to correct a grand inaccuracy in their report. I HAVE NOT received a refund of any type. Not from my bank or from Dxsabers. Please supply proof of the time stamp and proof of the deposit..

Great quality! Very durable and well made. Lights are cool and the sounds are very immersive!
