I was introduced to DX Sabers at Momento Con 2023. I had a great experience with the staff, and even purchased two mystery sabers due to the clever sales tactics they used (Not a bad thing, sales tactics are how you make sales). I didn't purchase anything else until May 17, 2024. This day I purchased THE MANDALORIAN MAYHEM LIGHTSABER OMNIPIXEL NEOPIXEL THE FORCE ECHO LIGHTSABER BASE LIT RGBX / BLACK ONK UNIVERSAL LIGHTSABER BELT CLIP THE SILENT SLASH LIGHTSABER OMNIPIXEL NEOPIXEL On June 14, I FINALLY got an update on the order, which then FINALLY arrived on June 24! Utter insanity for shipping times - even for a drop shipping company, which is what DX is. I then placed two small orders on June 27, 2024 (hoping for a better experience), as of writing this on September 18, 2024, I have yet to receive these two orders. COVERTECH WHEEL ATTACHMENT UNIVERSAL BLACK ONK COVERTECH WHEEL ATTACHMENT UNIVERSAL SILVER USB C BUTTON GUNMETAL CHARGING CABLE And then a similar order. Anyways, I contacted them, they gave an update claiming it would be shipped within 14 days....in 12 days NOTHING. I contacted again, and they said it will be done that weekend. The next day I got a tracking # and it said it will arrive in 2 days....2 days later, I checked the tracking and it said USPS has yet to even RECIEVE the package! So DX made a confirmation # but has yet to even give the postal service the actual order! SCAMMMY!!!!!! In addition I was promised a warranty on a charger and a broken Neopixel blade, and have yet to receive either of those items. All in all, not impressed, and once my order (hopefully) finally arrives, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I gave them several chances, and no improvements were made, and false promises were made and not kept.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I had ordered a pixel battle blade from them a while back and it stopped working at a con. They asked for a video and I had sent videos showing the non functional blade from them compared to one I had that worked and they said they’d replace it. Definitely going to be a return customer.

I received a mystery saber as a gift that didn’t work upon opening, but was able to get it working with the help of customer support! Although I will admit that service was a bit slow. My saber also did not come with the necessary items to secure the blade to the hilt. This was also addressed by customer service, and they will be sending me the screws needed in the mail. My overall experience was a bit frustrating at times, but I got a pretty nice saber out of it, so I can’t complain.

Here to leave my 2 cents, I have seen Paul and "His work" many times over the last few years mostly the amount of people he has scammed with broken items, or not receiving orders, and recently he has been threatening people with "US Marshalls" etc who have been trying to get there money back, check out dx exposed on Facebook if you want literally years of evidence from screen shots to Personal threatening messages Paul has sent people. DO NOT SHOP WITH DX and go to a better retailer (also dx dropship, they don't make there own they buy from Chinese factory's and sell them on as there own) no matter what Paul will write to this comment (probs along the lines that I'm a spy, or I'm paid by other saber company's to slander him....I am not) Paul even approached me once online to promote his sabers I turned him down and got blocked by him. So again research this seller before making any purchases and if you do decide to then please pay on PayPal with goods and services so you have a chance at getting your money back. And yes Paul has been banned from all major lightsaber groups bar his own (which he admins as anonymous) also he offers free sabers to anyone leaving a 5 star review (also have evidence for that( Also to add the response below. So Paul no different to how you offer free sabers for a five star review. People also should be aware that all his sabers come from China HE DOESNT MAKE THEM...and one last thing his most recent "Reveiwer" Emma walsh, is actully employed by dx so another fake review from him, she's been harassing members (screenshots to prove it)

Love my Moon Princess light saber. I know an updated version is in the works and I can’t wait. But I got my saber pretty quick, and got a good rundown of how it works. The app is a little confusing but it’s definitely useful.

I placed an order some time ago. The folks at DX sabers made it right I appreciate the product and I'm glad they fixed their shipping process. I highly recommend them.

Got a mystery saber at comic con, went back the next day and they changed out the hilt for me for free. Owner was super cool about it and was amazing to talk too! Would Definitely recommend!
