Missed a delivery yesterday as I had missed out our house name. Marked up as insufficient known about the address. Fair enough. However trying to update delivery instructions is very frustrating and complicated. Recorded messages don’t help in the slightest and hang up without imparting the correct useful info. What starts right, ends right… update your systems to make them more user friendly please.

What an absolutely dire logistics company. They have no idea of customer service. An online tracking service that thinks it can deliver parcel before they even know where they are and in the past. They failed to deliver a single package on three occasions then had the cheek to ask if there was another day that they could try even though they didn’t know where the parcel was. Avoid using this business or anyone that uses them as their courier

It’s been 2 weeks since I am waiting for deliver and they don’t come here or ring bell but say delivery is not successful. I paid £21 for the delivery and the service is very poor

Their notification and tracking system is poor! Online system just gives the day of delivery and is not updated for a time slot during delivery day. When the delivery day is not achieved tracking is only updated the next morning. Text message advises the same, but no updates were received on the original delivery day to advise delivery was delayed. I did get however get a text a couple of hours before eventual delivery time slot the next day which was achieved and the driver was professional. Tel contact is voice recording directing you back to their on line tracking! Live chat only gives you the same info and was unable to advise a time slot due to their “driver working off a paperwork today”. Ultimately a day late but delivered with care, so if the tracking system was improved I wouldn’t have cause to complain.

Worse delivery company it's been my misfortune to have to use via Amazon. No delivery, lies saying tried 3 times, cameras say not. Never contacted although they said they would. No Customer service

Absolutely useless and it's impossible to speak to anyone, just a useless AI chatbot that is literally the biggest waste of time. They apparently tried to deliver my package despite not ringing the bell (or even appearing at all on the doorcam video), whilst I was home. It's not be once, it's every single time. Even funnier, they have had to put a note next to my address to tell the driver to read the full address because they keep going to the wrong place. And they still get it wrong. Since when is it a special request to read the address?! Bizarre as Royal Mail have no problems at all

2nd time an item has been sent to me via DXLogistics and both times they have lied about trying to deliver / leaving a note. I'm sat in my property and nobody has attempted to deliver anything yet I've just received a text saying delivery was attempted, a calling card has been left and I have to rearrange. Utterly appalling. Who would use this joke of a company?

Twice now - different companies and 3 months apart - have had deliveries allegedly being delivered by these cheapskate liars. Both times they have blatantly lied saying delivery attempted, card left. LIES!! Like most people these days who have either CCTV or a Ring doorbell, we have CCTV and we can ascertain THEY DID NOT COME TO OUR ADDRESS ON DAY STATED. Why they bother to lie I don't know. We also specified a safe place on both occasions, so even if no one was in, there was no reason not to deliver. Truth is they are incompetent and think nothing of lying when they can't deliver. DX are on par to take Evri's crown of Worst Courier Company in the UK.
