Absolute shocking company. on day three of waiting for a delivery that should’ve turned up on day one, we ended up driving to the distribution centre and collecting it ourselves completely useless company

Claimed that were unable to deliver. Door bell was not rung trades men working next door did not see a delivery vehicle.

I ordered an item with next day delivery through DX. Tracking showed the driver about 20 miles away throughout my delivery slot and then it suddenly changed to "We were not able to access the property" and asked me to rebook for another day! To be fair, it probably is tricky to access a property from 20 miles away...

This company is terrible, spilt my package up, and now can't track it. There is not any logistics in this company. And all AI bots for communication 🙄

Totally unreliable Do Not Ues

Waiting for delivery, unable to get tracking updates, although they provide a phone contact number, it’s an automated AI system so unable to speak to anyone, really poor customer service, waiting in all day and no delivery.

DX's website claims they provide "reliable, secure and nationwide" delivery. My experience with DX Express and with DX Freight is that this claim is FALSE. DX-Express : Delivery cancelled twice by DX by text on two successive delivery days. When delivery arrived, only 2 items of the 3 part consignment were present. The other item was lost. Despite this they sent emails claiming the items had been "delivered exactly". They didn't even advise the supplier that they'd lost part of the shipment! [7097261575] DX-Freight : Item shipped on 3 day delivery with text notification that it would be delivered on Oct 7th. On Oct 9th there is still no sign of the delivery and no tracking update. I called DX several times but the call dropped repeatedly. Therefore I called the supplier. The supplier advised that when the shipment arrived at my local depot (Aberdeen Oct 2nd) they handed it off to a 3rd party for local delivery . DX Freight appear to take no ownership of expediting delivery by their subcontractors. After 7 working days my 3 day delivery still hasn't been delivered and I have been unable to secure info on where it is [L7519918] Conclusion : Not reliable and best avoided. PS The trustpilot score for DXLogistics is currently only 1.5. On their website they claim a trustpilot score of 4.1. This suggests that not only are they unreliable but they are not trustworthy. The Trustpilot website itself states DX display inaccurate trustpilot feedback !!!!

DO NOT USE Did not deliver. Falsely claimed they had “left a card” when no one had even entered our road. We were at the front of the house all day and our cameras also confirm no one came. They posted a photo of a random house, who know where, taken at 45 degree angle from a vehicle. When you try to call them and press the option to ask about a delivery, the automated system immediately disconnects the call. Every time.
