They left a card when I was out: it was completely blank (no details). I emailed asking for delivery on a specified date: they have neither delivered it nor replied to my email. You can't phone DX (they just give a recorded message). I've sent an online message: nothing.

This is the 2nd time this company has failed to deliver .... I spoke to the company I ordered and their response was "The driver was too far up the road to turn back and deliver " !! This is the 2nd day I have sat in waiting for these jokers 🤬 The company I ordered from is 247 blinds who are not much better !!

Absolutely terrible delivery service My parcel was sent using Next Day Delivery and, four days later, it still hasn’t been delivered. DX repeatedly claims that delivery attempts were made, yet I was actually waiting at the delivery address and no driver appeared. The customer service is probably the worst I’ve experienced from a courier company. You cannot speak to anyone by phone — the number simply tells you to contact them through their website or live chat. The live chat regularly has a queue of 30+ people, and when you eventually get through, nobody actually resolves the problem. You are told it will be delivered the following day, and then the next day exactly the same thing happens again. Completely useless service. I would not recommend DX to anyone. I would also think twice before ordering time-sensitive items from retailers that use DX. If you are buying a gift for a birthday, anniversary or another important occasion and expect a Next Day Delivery service to actually arrive the next day, you could be very unpleasantly surprised.

I am very disappointed with the messages I received from you over the past two days, as I did not receive my delivery on either occasion. Your delivery department should be better organised and should confirm that a delivery can actually be made before contacting the customer. On top of that, when I contacted you, I was kept on the line for a long time without receiving any response. This is not acceptable and should not happen. I expect this matter to be addressed and better communication provided going forward.
