This company looks to be part of dx deliveries and Hatton logistics. Terrible customer service because there is none. The design around phone and online contact service is to have the end point customer chasing their tail for the item that was supposed to have been delivered at their own cost. Who keeps a customer ringing for one hour? Who has online chat using AI that has one design to circle you back to the tracking page that you have just accessed. Outrageous blatant misinformation as to when delivery will be made. It is a grave concern that this company appears to be using 4 star reviews on other parts of its website describing itself as 4 star service as dx deliveries but has one star rating as dx logistics on trust pilot, they both come under the hatton umbrella so it appears to be misleading especially to business customers who are greeted with 4 stars. My advice is to avoid this company if you value your customers.

Disgusting customer service, basically non-existent. I needed my passport to be delivered on the day the message showed. In the message it said from 2 to 3 pm, while in the automated call it said they attempted to deliver at 10 am. They didn't call to my number, I live in a building/flat complex with no internal intercoms, how am I supposed to know if someone is knocking outside? Or should I stay at the door for hours in case they come? The window they provide is not even accurate since the messsage and the automated call say different times. I tried calling to any number and after wasting so much time in automated loops and getting hanged up, I managed to speak to someone for like 2 seconds and they didn't even let me speak and redirected me automatically again to the automated loop. What a disgrace of a service. It's the worst experience I've had with any delivery or courier service in my life.

Without a doubt, this is the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. The customer support was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. My delivery date was changed three separate times without anyone contacting me or giving a proper explanation. Because the package did not arrive when promised, I missed my flight. Even after explaining the situation, nothing was properly resolved, no meaningful solution was offered, and no accountability was taken. The whole experience was stressful, unacceptable, and extremely disappointing from start to finish.

A very bad experience with this company should have received my package on the 10th of June 2026 a next day delivery Still not received it on the 15th of June lots of lies and excuses escalated it with a member of management who said it would be delivered on the 11th but again it never happened Avoid DX logistics like the plague

Despite receiving confirmation emails and texts from DX both the day before and on the morning of a scheduled and guaranteed parcel delivery date and time it didn't arrive. The silence from DX was deafening. I found it impossible to contact them on the number provided and they didn't reply to the messages I sent. The next day I received more confirmation emails and texts stating it would be delivered by noon that day. It wasn't. I had to leave the house that afternoon and to my surprise the parcel was delivered unannounced while I was out and left at the front of the property. I felt misled when I was misinformed and then blanked when it went wrong and would avoid a purchase if a supplier used DX. Useless.

Absolute shocker of a delivery company. Their communication is completely inadequate. I received a text message informing me that my item was out for delivery only after the delivery attempt had already been made. There was no email notification the night before, leaving me with no opportunity to make arrangements or ensure I was available. To make matters worse, customer service seemed interested only in rebooking the delivery rather than listening to my concerns. Requests for a phone call or message before any future delivery attempts were ignored, and there appeared to be little willingness to help resolve the underlying issue. The lack of communication and poor customer service made for an extremely frustrating experience. I genuinely cannot understand why anyone would choose to use this company if given the option.

This company is diabolical it deserves a minus 0. We have eventually received a late order and unfortunately we have one pending and are experiencing the same problems. Unable to contact via phone or e mail as no response and I have more chance getting a call back from the “ Pope “. Their customer service is non existent and there is no communication. I would not recommend nor use them again. USE WITH CAUTION

I was provided with a tracking number on the 18th May 2026 from the company I bought an item from. They informed me via email. I was then unable to track my delivery with the supplied tracking number on the DX site, it stated tracking number 'not recognised'. I tried again yesterday the 19th May 2026, still stating tacking number not recognised. I then telephoned on one of the provided numbers from the DX UK website to try to speak to someone to ask when I should expect the delivery. It was an automated telephone service (not a free number) and it would not accept the tracking number either and did not give me the option of speaking to someone. I then sent a request through the online website and got no response to that. Today I managed to go onto the live chat on the website and I was advised that delivery was to be today. I was advised that a time slot could not be provided. I received an email at 12 noon from DXLogistics telling me my order has been delivered. The person that delivered it did not knock my door, did not ring the door bell so without the email I would not have known the package was sat on my door step from 10.45am. I was at home sat waiting for this order. I did not sign for this delivery so I assume the person who delivered it signed. Basically my complaint relates to lack of emails or text messages informing me of delivery date/time and the delivery driver not alerting me to the fact they were at my door. Luckily we live in a safe-ish area but I do not find it acceptable to just dump my order on the doorstep without any notice, especially as I was waiting and listening out for the order. This is not a great service, why would any company use them to deliver their products.
