I am reading these reviews of people who were able to get a vet on a zoom call for their animal. I had an appointment and the vet did not show. Not only did SHE not show, NO ONE reached out to me!!! I had to email Dutch and their excuse for her was she was having technical difficulties. Not my problem. Dutch should have rescheduled immediately and apologized. I rescheduled an appointment. I had one this morning that the same vet, again, did not show up. I sent another lovley email and we will see what excuses they have for me this time. But I will be canceling and hopefully find a site that really cares about the people and the animals. Don't make excuses, make solutions. Be better! Good luck to anyone that uses these services.

These vets are amazing and very compassionate. I have a very fearful dog who can’t be seen in person. I’m not going to lie I was very skeptical about Dutch but figured I would give it a try and I’m so happy and pleased that I did I recommend them to every one

So yes you can speak to a vet almost instantly, however spoke to the vet 5 days ago and he prescribed meds for my dogs ear infection. Checked tracking on meds and will supposedly be delivered Tuesday. That's 9 days from when the meds were prescribed. Their shipping is slug like and could have gotten my pup relief much faster if I went to my regular vet . It shouldn't take 3 days for dutch to review meds ordered before shipping . To me that is unacceptable. The service is supposed to be faster than seeing your vet and I'm telling you it is not . What's the sence if the remedy takes forever for them to send . I will absolutely be canceling this service free shipping ?? Of course it's free when your animals meds arrive via horse back . Unimpressed!

I like how readily available Dutch vets are! I don’t have to second guess whether or not I should speak to a vet about the problems my dogs are experiencing. I’ve already had two video appointments with a Dutch vet within the first two weeks of getting this service, about two completely different pet issues. I really like the treatment plan that I receive after my visit. It has a lot of very helpful information!!!

*UPDATE* Dutch has tried to have this review removed saying my "review is not based on an actual experience." HOW DARE THEY! The messages with them are in my account and I have emails with them to back it up. This is a shady business. I had an appointment scheduled and logged into the zoom link 3 minutes before the appointment was scheduled to start. The Vet never showed up. I waited in the Zoom "waiting room" for 40 minutes, before I had to leave for a work meeting. I messaged the Vet 3 times on the online account messages during the time that I waited and didn't get a response until an hour and a half later. By that time I had already received a response from customer service telling me that the Vet had a "system issue" that prevented them from logging in. However when I finally got the message from the Vet, she said "Did you log into the zoom meeting with the link provided?" and then "must have been a technology glitch". No indication that SHE had a system issue as customer service told me. In this day and time, if there was a problem on her end she should have been able to call, text or email me saying so at the time, instead of me wasting 40 minutes of my work day waiting around. There is no excuse for a no show on the Vet's end. Especially when they tell you in the confirmation that the Vet's time is valuable and you will be charged if you miss the appointment. Well, my time is valuable too! What do I get since the Vet missed the appointment???

It was great being able to speak with an empathetic professional so promptly about my pet concerns and without further stressing out my pet with travel. Highly recommend.
