Was told my account would be canceled after an absolutely awful experience that made it take months for me to get medication for three dogs and a cat last year. Now I received and email about changing my payment method so they could renew it again. So not only did they have awful customer service throughout they also took months to get my prescriptions filled and continued to charge for all of this. To smooth it over they offered me a 30% discount on my next order. Why it would be assumed I’d trust them with my pets health again is beyond me.

Our vet was professional and compassionate, both for my cat's situation and my concern. She looked carefully at the records that I uploaded and clearly presented the risks and benefits of possible paths forward without ever being condescending or aloof. I felt that she was knowledgeable and caring, and took time to really understand my cat's problems! I'm so grateful.

I definitely recommend this service, which is basically like "Teledoc" but for pets. My elderly cat has respiratory issues and I didn't want to put her through the panic she feels when I take her to the vet in person. The Dutch vet I connected with was extremely helpful and developed a plan of action that I'm very happy with.

My vet appt with Dr Goode exceeded my expectations. Dr. Goode was very friendly, thorough and explained exactly how to treat my Daisy’s ongoing ear infections. I’m so happy I went with the annual plan for my 4 goldens and it gives me great peace of mind that my vet is just a phone call away. I was able to schedule my appointment within an hour of initiating the request, and Daisy‘s medication was shipped to arrive next day.
