Great first experience!
This was my first Dutch experience! Dr. Juneau was thorough and patient and he explained everything well, putting my anxiety at ease. He prescribed the necessary medicines and I'm so grateful for his help!

Wonderful Vets but Dutch Customer Service is useless
The veterinarians are always wonderful. They are very caring and knowledgeable. But Dutch Customer Service is useless. At least they are friendly and polite when telling you they can't help.

Exceptional Care
Exceptional Care We have been so pleased with the Dutch platform and the veterinarians on staff. The level of care they have given our two dogs and our cat has been nothing short of exceptional. They have taken the time to really listen to our reason for the visit and to dive in a little more before suggesting a treatment plan. It has been an awesome addition for our pet's care.

We were able to book a vet video call…
We were able to book a vet video call within an hour and on a Sunday no less. Dr. Heather Levan was very professional, courteous and helpful. The pricing is fantastic and we'll be getting our much needed medications for our Labrador within a few days. We're extremely pleased with the service. Michelle

Our vet was super helpful!
Our vet was super helpful and receptive. He was efficient with out time without making us feel rushed. I feel confident about the diagnostic path forward with our pet!
