Saved Rosie a visit to the vet
Saved me a vet visit! My cat started developing weird changes in her skin. The Dutch vet was able to assure me that what she was experiencing was age-related and not a cause for concern. I am so grateful that I could get a trustworthy answer so quickly and without having to put my cat through the stress of an in-person vet visit.

My vet was very empathetic
My vet was very empathetic , detail oriented and pro active with a plan to help my extremely anxious animal . Her Great quality of care is appreciated and helped de stress the situation.

Convenience and pricing
Pricing and convenience was a huge plus for me. Dutch was very easy to use and pricing was very affordable and I was able to see a vet, get medicine all from the comfort of my home on a Sunday was great. It took less than an hour which was great.

Great service, very caring.
The remote visit was wonderful and very easy to use. The vet sent a follow up email and was quick to respond to my questions. They had medications sent right a way.

Same day appointment after signing up!
It was impossible to get an appointment with any of our local vets. I was able to get same day appointment with Dutch. A 10 minute zoom call was all that was needed. Dr. Fournier had been in our shoes and understood what was needed. Dr. Fournier was very nice and professional. Prescription took around 2 hours to process. With expedited shipping, we will have the medication in our mailbox in 2 days. Very easy sign up process through the website.

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience. First time Dutch user and was connected with an incredibly knowledgeable vet. I feel like every pet owner should be using this website. It has already saved me a vet visit and I’ve spent thousands of dollars on visits in the last year just to get some basic information. My dog hates going to the vet and is very anxious and reactive. This alleviates the majority of the visits needed also and it’s so easy.

Horrible experience. They promise but don't deliver and seem to have no one responsible for correcting their mistakes.
