My vet was so kind and understanding. My dog is 19 years old and is suffering from congestive heart failure. I tried taking her to regular vets, but all they wanted to do was run a huge number of extremely expensive tests before doing anything at all. When I told them I couldn't afford it, they treated me like I didn't love my dog. I had to leave empty handed so many times. I finally found this company yesterday and was blown away. She was prescribed heart medication right away and I was able to expedite delivery. I spoke with the vet yesterday and am receiving the medication today! I can't believe it! My only regret is that I didn't know this company existed until yesterday. Low cost. Fast delivery of medication. Caring doctors. Helped my baby so much. Love this company.

Fantastic customer service, immediate response and scheduling for vet calls and great experience overall at an inexpensive cost. Our pups vet is always extremely helpful.

Signed up for Dutch and was able to get an appointment that weekend. Unable to bring the cat to local vet as he is feral. Managed to keep him just inside the door for the appointment, and everything went well. Got a good treatment plan and lots of great advice. Meds at a great price as well. Everything was under $50 total, to include sign up. I wouldn’t get through the door at my local vet for $50. While some pet issues may need an in person exam, i will look to Dutch for anything that does not. Very easy and cost effective!!

Waste of time and money! He recommended a dosage of insulin for my cat during our call and I asked if he will send me the dosage through email or to a pharmacy, and he said “no just call your regular vet and tell them to write the dosage”. His written recommendation was “call your vet”. If they can’t even recommend a dosage for a NON PRESCRIPTION, then what are they for? Don’t bother.

Met with the doctor extremely fast and got my cat meds in minutes.

I want to start by giving a huge thank-you to Ariel for her incredible help with my issue. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved, even when it seemed like the rest of the team had dropped the ball. Ariel took the time to listen, showed genuine empathy, and followed through when others wouldn’t. That said, I have some major reservations about the company as a whole. While Ariel is clearly a standout, it’s disappointing to see that not all team members share the same level of dedication. My initial attempts to get help were met with delays and lackluster responses, and if it weren’t for Ariel stepping in, I’m not sure my issue would have been resolved. I would definitely recommend working with Ariel if you can, but I’d caution others to be prepared for some inconsistencies depending on who you’re dealing with. Hopefully, the company can align its standards across the board because Ariel sets a high bar!
