The veterinarian was kind, compassionate and understanding. She addressed all of my puppies needs without pressure to complete further tests or unnecessary medication. I absolutely loved the experience and my baby loved seeing his vet from the comfort of my lap!

Dr Dixon is knowledgeable expert in her field and compationate, she answers questions thoroughly even if they are irrelevant to what I think is going on with my little fur baby.She takes her time and doesn't rush the visit. Excellent doctor.

Local emergency vet wait was going to be over 4 hours. Found Dutch and was able to get a call within the hour. Problem resolved quickly and RX called in.

I have been dealing with some issues with my dog and was excited to try out Dutch for a cheaper option than my vet. I subscribed and was charged 45 dollars. I made one appointment with a vet and when the appointment came, I was waiting on the Zoom Call at 5:40, at 5:41 the vet messaged and told me that they couldn't help me. The video call never happened, I received no service, and the vet sent one message in response to an extensive questionnaire that I filled out. I asked for a refund as my account was less than 24 hours old at the time and was told that I can't get one due to the work the vet did. They sent one message. I was then charged a 15 dollar "No show fee" today to an appointment where I was actively waiting in the waiting room of the Zoom Call and received a message stating they can't help me. Again, receiving no service, the vet no showed as I was waiting on the Zoom Call, and now being charged 60 dollars total. I have reached out to their customer service three times and have gotten no where. I just want a refund and am incredibly disappointed in how they are choosing to conduct business. Be cautious before subscribing.
