I just signed up and so far had one appointment for my dog with an ear infection. Dr. Robin Webster was thorough, provided a wealth of care information, and had a wonderful beside manner with a genuine desire to help my furbaby. I did not feel rushed and felt that we covered all, if not more, of my dog’s history than a regular in-person visit at our local vet office. My expectations have been greatly surpassed. The cost I paid for the year membership and medication today is the same cost I would have paid for 1 visit at my local vet office. I highly recommend!

I initially thought this was an excellent option and addition to using my regular vet. The company purports to care about animals and make it "faster, easier, and more affordable for pet parents to get care and prescriptions for their pets. Because every pet deserves to live their happiest, healthiest life." LIES!! I believed I would be able to get medication for my pets without having to wait a week or more for an appointment at my local vet. Recently I wasn't able to get a hold of anyone at the Dutch. I have emailed, texted, messaged in the portal and called the customer service number which just tells you to text them. I finally get in touch with someone and they tell me to talk to the vet and the vet tells me to talk to customer service!! They have failed 2x to process the refill for my cat's prescription in time for him not to run out and once again he has to suffer. Meanwhile they faithfully take my fee every month. THAT they can do on time. Also take note, the prescriptions take a really long time to arrive unless you pay $30-$50 for "rush" shipping.

Wow, this vet call today was the most insightful, friendly, and relieving experience! She provided valuable information regarding my dog's condition and how to remedy those issues and even suggested different things to try. Not only are the vets amazing, the customer service support team answered my gave me a solution to my problem right away! My pet and I LOVE Dutch!

My experience was incredible. Visit was thorough and I did not feel rushed. Covered all bases and the provider was very knowledgeable, compassionate and friendly. Having a remote option for non-emergent situations is very convenient.

Dr. Hoffman was very kind and knowledgable! She understood what my fur baby was going through and provided recommendations specific to her needs, my fur baby is on her way to feeling better, thanks Dr. Hoffman and the care team at Dutch, highly recommend both keep up the great work!:-)

My vet was great, very attentive, answered all my questions. The service on the other hand, very clunky. As a paying member, the site recognized me as a non-subscribed user and my ability to utilize any of the services I paid for (chat with vet, book appt, orders meds, etc) was made unavailable as the site did not recognize me as a member. This issue has since been fixed but very poor experience as a first time user of this service.

I’m so happy that I signed up for this program. I was looking for a way to decrease my pet care cost and this is certainly going to help. It is less for a year’s worth of Dutch service than one local vet visit. I’m using the service to help manage my pet’s chronic, stable joint pain and get her monthly prescriptions. The meds are also cheaper than at my local vet’s office. We will still need our local vet for injuries and lab work, but we will save about $1500 a year by using Dutch for the chronic, stable issues.
