We have had services with Dutch for about 4 months now. My dog has become very dog fear aggressive, after being attacked by off leash dogs several times. Taking him to the vet in person has become very difficult for all involved (he is an American Bulldog and weighs 110 lbs). Being able to have virtual vet care for the smaller issues like his chronic ear problems and, recently, an irritated eye, has been wonderful. They analyze him via Zoom call and then ship the needed medications via expedited services. They have also recommended needed over the counter medications and treatments to keep him comfortable until the prescriptions have gotten there. I have been very pleased with our services. I have not had to use it for my cats yet, but have been very relieved to know it’s there. We still use our local vet for wellness care.

I have an older dog who is ill and has mobility issues. I knew she needed treatment, but I wasn't able to physically take her to the vet due to her size and mobility issues. I myself did a telehealth visit lately so I decided to see if they had something similar for veterinarians. I'm so thankful I found Dutch and the great veterinarian, Dr. Barnes. I was able to get a treatment plan and prescription medication mailed to me (I haven't received it yet but it is in process, my appointment was only yesterday evening) and I am feeling much better that she is able to get the treatment she needs.

Dr.Reiff was very professional and friendly.She identified my cat's respiratory issue and prescribed medicine for her.It was a great experience for us being able to talk to a Vet on line and get prescriptions too without having to take the cat into a clinic.Thank you great job Veru helpful

I am pleased to share the amazing experience I had with Dutch! I had taken in a feral to foster, who went into heat, and then her mammaries ballooned! She was scheduled to be spayed, but the appointment was not for another month+. I signed up with Dutch on a Saturday around noon & took the first available video call, which was the same day around 5pm. Dr. Val was delightful, knowledgeable and identified what was going on with this sweet little kitty! Dr. Val followed up with a detailed email with her diagnosis, recommendations and a prescription. All this in the same day! I quickly paid for the RX and asked for it to be transferred to my local pharmacy. My pharmacy called me the next day (Sunday) to say it was ready for pick-up! The 24/7 online communication I received was also impressively quick & they continued to be supportive with all the follow-up messages and pictures I sent in! The professionalism & efficiency I experienced with Dutch was exceptional! They genuinely care about pets, people & customer service.

She was on time and Knew what my dog needed for his ears, modeled how to really use the medicines needed. She was efficient and thorough. The appointment was great! This was my first experience and I am very happy!!

It’s great to have this resource when you need it. A lot of us pet parents know what’s going on with our pets but you have to wait to get scheduled at your regular vet, then pay for an “exam” fee and finally get the marked up prescription you know you need. Dutch pets is great and so easy. The vets are very knowledgeable and get you what you need quickly. I highly recommend this to everyone I know that has pets.

She knew exactly what the problem was and diagnosed and treated it correctly. She's very personable and helpful and I would recommend her to anyone!

Had a very nice experience with our vet call! Very nice, knowledgeable information for pet parents and caring not just a phone call she cared about the wellbeing of our furbaby!
