First the care and knowledge of the vets is amazing. They knew what was happening with both my gsd and my cat. They were able to identify a kidney issue with my cat before I could even get him in to my local vet. Though I had to put him down due to the chronic kidney failure I was able to get some meds for him to help his pain. The only down fall I see with this company is how you get your meds. They are exclusive with CVS and if you live in a local area such as me, there may not be a pharmacy close by. Yes they will ship your meds but it takes valuable time away from your pet and they charge extra for express shipping. Also the site itself can use some improvement as trying to navigate to your previous vet call/treatment plan is difficult. They do follow up on your pet and are very responsive to your needs as well as that of your pet. If they can improve the way we can get the meds I would have given them 5 stars.

It was fast and easy , our Dr. was fantastic and I could not be more impressed with her. 100 out of 100 for me !!!

So far my experience has been wonderful. Customer service took care of something for me right away. Then I had my first appointment thru message and pics I sent my choice. A video appt. was requested to gain further info on my pet from Vet Dr. Gonzalez. He anwsered questions about my upcoming appt. promptly and politely on messaging on website. Dr. Gonzalez was so nice and professional on video appt. He was caring and anwsered all my concerns and will follow up in 2/3 weeks. Im going to stick wirh suggested treatment plan.

The vet was nice, personable and knowledgeable. It was super fast to schedule and get an appointment, less than an hour. The downside: the soonest they could fill and send the prescriptions was 4 days and that was an extra charge considered expedited. Not helpful when antibiotics need to start right away. I also found the website slightly confusing.

My old vet I have been taking my three doggos since birth now 3.5 some how has no record of one of three ever being seen turning a $300 med run in to a whole damn $500 outing...SWITCHED so fast and am so pleased me being a techtard and new with Dutch was some how able to schedule 2 of 3 visits and could not figure out the third the vet Jessica Johnson went above and beyond her call and helped me figure out and complete my third dog visit with no hassle at all...AWESOME SAUCE 🥰
