It pays for itself
We are definitely fans of Dutch in our house. We have three active 2yr memberships to hold all our pets and have loved every vet we have seen. For needs such as antibiotics or minor, non urgent injuries it is an amazing service that quickly pays for itself. We use Dutch in tandem with our in-person vet to make sure our animals get whatever help they may need in a timely manner!

Dutch has allowed me to get vet advice…
Dutch has allowed me to get vet advice very quickly when I can't get in touch with my dog's current vet. It's been invaluable at navigating the fallout of a vestibular event with my 7 yr old dog.

10 out of 10 is the only right answer
The vet that was assigned to my baby was top-notch. She took time and really calmed me down. She was patient, kind, and empathetic, all the things you need when your 12 year old dog isn't feeling his best.

No phone number and customer support is very very delayed
The idea of this service is great but the execution is terrible. Namely, customer service is via email only and they take 24 hours to respond. Medicines are higher priced and recently they shipped meds to the wrong address but there is no one to call to solve it so you have to wait 24hours for them to reply to every message you send them. Ill be lucky to get my dogs medicine in 2 weeks at best maybe longer. I wish I would have just used my vet instead of this service.

Highly recommend
Very easy to set up and I quickly got an appointment (within an hour) all Max's needs were addressed and Dr. Kordis was so friendly!

Amazing at-home vet experience
Dr. Kordis has been absolutely amazing! She has helped my dog who had an UTI, and gave me the most up-to-date information on lysine for my cats per a recent study. She shares information about prescription and OTC meds, which allows for the best care for my furbabies.
