The entire experience was super easy. I was connected with a veterinarian who I actually know out in the real world, which definitely made me feel better about the whole experience. She was able to quickly diagnose my dog and prescribe the same medications that her previous veterinarian prescribed but wanted to charge $600 for the visit. This service is a godsend. I highly recommend it.

We signed up yesterday because less than $100 a year for 5 pets and as many appointments as we need is amazing. We needed flea meds and the topical ones just don’t work so we knew we’d have to schedule a vet appointment and pay a couple hundred dollars just to be seen, so we’ve been shaving our dogs and bathing them to keep the fleas away. We heard about Dutch and were very skeptical….. who wouldn’t be, it’s an online vet for under $100 a year. Anyway, we took the leap and had our first appointment yesterday, which is a Zoom call. Told him the issues and within 2 minutes the prescription was submitted and the call was over. We also received 20% off the prescription as they are running a deal for flea and tick meds at the moment. Definitely going to tell friends and family about Dutch!

I have been searching for affordable veterinarian services. I think Dutch Online is a great supplement to a walk-in veterinary office. Because I take my pets to a clinic where they are not allowed to prescribe medications I had to find a way to keep my pet healthy without breaking the bank. I had a positive fecal test for my dog, and Dutch was able to provide the medicine my dog needed at an affordable price after a 10 minute zoom meeting with a certified veterinarian. It is great to have access to a veterinarian who can advise you if you actually need to physically take your pet to a vet or if you can just discuss the symptoms with the online vet and a prescription can be provided by their online pharmacy. My vet was professional, knowledgeable , and had great bed-side manner. She took great interest in my dog (it is required that your pet be with you during your zoom visit). I also accidentally ordered something in my cart that was not necessary for my dog and Dutch was kind enough to track down my order before it was processed and refunded my money. Any questions I have had was resolved by their customer care team in a timely manner. I highly recommend Dutch for your routine pet services. Any emergency services would still require you going to your vet or the local pet emergency hospital. Dutch charges a one time yearly fee for you to have unlimited consults with a vet. You can also find a Dutch Online coupon or coupon code so that you can get money off of that yearly price. I hope this review helped.

Dr Angela took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions, even the stupid ones lol. She made me feel up comfortable and at ease. I liked talking to her and she was super friendly

You get to talk to a vet fast. My only gripe is the shipping speed.

It was a very easy and efficient process. Dr. Michaels was friendly and to the point. My cat got the care she needed quickly. It was a fraction of the cost of an emergency room visit.
