We have three dogs we use Dutch for and we have never been so happy with a vet. Every situation we need a vet we have a tele-call with the vet and the dog and always get very good fast service. They figure out the issue and send a prescription and always follow back up to make sure things are going good with the dog. We will continue to use them and recommend them highly!

Customer service has been very attentive in resolving issues with scheduling appointments with the same vet. Was having glitches in the system and they helped to circumvent that by getting me scheduled with the vet I had seen previously for continuity.

The availability in making an appointment. I was able to make a 6pm appointment. The ease of logging in to the meeting. I had a little hiccup but it was fixed easily. The vet was so compassionate and understanding. The visit was quick and to the point. She explained the process of receiving and ordering the prescribed medications. It was a simple process to order the meds. Just an all around great experience.

Excellent experience

Dr. Almomany has excellent bedside manners. He took his time to examine my cat, Leo. I’m so happy with the customer service. He helped me calm down because I was freaking out and assured me that my cat will be just fine.
