Easy access to veterinarians and advice when immediate emergency care is not necessary.
I signed up and was talking with a veterinarian in less than two hours via a video conference call. I explain the issue with my elderly cat. The veterinarian listen to my concerns and asked questions that allowed her to better understand the situation before putting together a plan I feel should work very well for my elderly cat. All without the stress of a car ride and waiting room visit.

Dutch is a godsend
Dutch is a godsend. Inexpensive and so far the doctors are quiet knowledgeable and professional. Shipping has been awesome and everyone there is so nice. THANK YOU DUTCH!!!!!!!!!

The vets are nice
The vets are nice, they give you access to appointments when you would never be able to get into a clinic. Dutch is great for same day appointments if needed and they can rush ship the meds to you

When I did a search for my dogs allergy…
When I did a search for my dogs allergy meds this place came up, I was hoping to get them cheaper, nope I can't get them at all which they don't tell you till after you have given them money. It's a ripp off they are not helpful at all.

You are able to view the products and medications we carry at any time by visiting our website and reviewing the Pharmacy and Store sections. When you reached out regarding Cytopoint, our customer service team promptly let you know that while we do not personally carry that medication, our veterinarians are always happy to work with you to find a comparable alternative or assist with transferring the prescription to a local pharmacy at no problem. After that discussion, you chose to cancel your account, and we immediately assisted with the cancellation and issued a full refund. We also want to note that we do offer price matching on prescriptions if you find the same medication at a lower cost elsewhere. We strive to be as helpful and transparent as possible and regret that this experience did not meet your expectations. If you have any further questions or would like additional assistance in the future, our team is always happy to help.
