I used this service for about 2.5 years. I used to recommend this service to others, but I had a horrible experience recently when I tried to refill a prescription for my geriatric cat that ended with my cat passing away. The vet was clearly not reading my messages and mislead me while I tried to get this prescription for my cat. My cat was geriatric and I'm not foolish enough to say he would have lived even that much longer, but he would not have died last night if I had this medication in a timely manner. I'm very disappointed, not to mention heart broken. I've canceled my medications for my few pets and I've canceled my subscription. I won't be using this service ever again. I'll pay the extra money and spend the extra time going into the vet.

My pet Olivet and I saw Doctor Visser. She was very friendly and nice. Olivet could see her and they related well together. Doctor Visser listened well and was concerned for Olive. She answered all my questions and was very good at helping me to understand what Olive needed. We are very happy we got Doctor Visser!

Vet video call was on time, Dr. Hannah was very polite and gave good common sense advise on treatment of the issue (yeast infection) - and provided the treatment plan and scripts via my Dutch account online. The whole process was very good - much easier and less stressful than a trip to the local vet, and less expensive. Highly recommend !!

I did not need to leave work early! Enough said! Jokes aside, this is a wonderful service. Yes, the fact that I had a zoom meeting with Dr Fernandez at 7:50pm sealed my approval rating! She was awesome at listening to my concerns for my dog. Her care plan was concise, but left me many options with no pressure to get everything. I can go back to the plan and order anything I'm ready to try next. I know I will still need to rely on our local vet clinic from time to time, but I'll use Dutch as often and long as I can!

My bet was very informative on time gave me exactly what I needed. Look forward to the next vet zoom! Thanks 🙏 again Dutch!!
