They are not 24/7
They are not 24/7, as they're not available in the middle of the night. That's false advertising. There is a $5 prescription fee, and if they mail it to you it could take a week. There is also a shipping fee. Today is a Saturday morning and they have no appointments available until tomorrow 4:00 pm. The concept is great, but unless they get more vets and ensure meds are shipped quickly, I don't see this being a service we'll renew.

While we do offer 24/7 support, appointment availability depends on veterinarian schedules in each area. We do offer same-day appointments when time slots are available, but if all same-day slots are full, the platform will automatically show the next available appointment, which can vary by location and demand. We understand how frustrating that can be, especially on weekends. Regarding prescriptions, there is a one-time $5 prescription fee that helps support our pharmacy operations; however, refills are not charged this fee. We offer free standard shipping, which typically arrives within 4–7 days, as well as rush shipping options that arrive in 1–3 days. There is also the option to transfer prescriptions to a local pharmacy if preferred. For urgent or emergency situations, we do want to be transparent that we are not an emergency service, and we always recommend seeking in-person veterinary care when immediate attention is needed.
