Cheez-it and I are very happy to have a caring Doctor. She was very kind and patiently explained things I didn’t understand and how we can have Cheez-it feeling 100 percent again. Our visit wasn’t rushed and felt very personal. I’m am grateful to have this avenue open for helping my fur family.

I had a great experience during my recent Zoom visit for my dog’s ear infection. Nice concept but buggy website and poor service. I have two pets and tried to schedule an appointment for both. The first appointment booked but the second appointment wouldn't book. I worked with their customer service team for over a week to troubleshoot only to find out that they don't allow two active appointment bookings. No notice on the website or app, just a dropped booking request each time. After finally figuring out the issue, I proceeded to log in the one appointment I was able to book at the scheduled time. However, the veterinarian never showed for the appointment. No notification - just completely didn't show. I messaged the vet, no response. I then noticed that Dutch has a $25 fee for member no-shows, so I reached out to customer service requesting that they reimburse me by an equal amount for the vet no-show. They wouldn't do it... Hope they get these issues fixed for others, but I'm done.

Overall, great experience so far. It can't replace your vet, but it is great for the majority of issues I will face with my dog. No different than telehealth for humans. Very happy.

Found a great vet for my cat! Dr. Gabriele Matt is very knowledgeable about IBD and she's up to date on the newest breakthroughs in medications as well as being a very attentive listener. She works together with you as a partner in your pet's care, instead of ignoring your input as many vets tend to do. She goes the extra mile to give your pet the care they specifically need, not cookie cutter one size fits all. Takes the time to fully answer questions to your satisfaction and is genuinely kind!

What an incredible service. Dr Andre was awesome, empathetic and very knowledgeable. Ziggy has a lot of anxiety going to a veterinary office and it usually ends up in a bad experience for all involved. This was the best outcome for us, he was relaxed, cooperative and mostly importantly he received high quality care. Thank you
