Best possible experience
Best possible experience. Dr. Grainey was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. Our appointment was not rushed, and I am completely happy and confident with our treatment plan. This platform is amazing, especially when you have multiple pets! It’s affordable too AND covers up to 5 pets!! Amazing!

First time using Dutch and couldn’t be more thrilled with my experience. Excellent service and the vet was outstanding. Very easy and convenient, even on weekends and after hours. Worth every penny.

if you need med asap this is not it sometimes the waiting game can be very harmful

You’re absolutely right that if medication is needed immediately, virtual care may not always be the fastest option. While we work hard to provide timely appointments and prescription support, Dutch is not meant to replace urgent or emergency care. If a pet needs medication ASAP or their condition could worsen without immediate treatment, we always recommend seeking in-person veterinary care right away. Our goal is to provide affordable, ongoing access to licensed veterinarians through unlimited virtual appointments for one flat yearly fee, while being transparent about when in-person care is the better and safer choice. We appreciate you taking the time to leave a balanced review and for trusting us with your pet’s care.
