Dutch has so far provided me with two vet visits at a greatly reduced cost than what I would pay in person. My cat's problems have mostly resolved but we are still working on them. I feel confident in the care my cat is getting. My Vet has been very caring and professional. Being able to do tele visits is great for my cat who hates being in the car and hates being at the vet!

My dog had been experiencing vomiting and digestion issues the past few days. When I filled out my information on the Dutch website they CLEARLY stated they could help treat my pets symptoms and to schedule an appointment with a vet. I did that and once again they said they could help find what’s wrong with her during the appointment. Then the vet messaged me saying I need to cancel my appointment and they can’t help her and to take her to a in person vet. So why did they tell me twice they could help, let me pay and now they go back on their word. I’m requesting a full refund as I’m upset I was mislead about the services Dutch could provide, they got me to sign up, pay their fees. When I no longer need their services

We love Dutch! We have a long-established local vet, whom we feel great about, but we were seeking a second opinion on meds for our old pup. The Dutch vet was great and thorough. Our vet respected that and worked with us to all get in alignment. Our Dutch vet agreed we needed in person care, but asked so many good questions. We think Dutch served our dog's needs well and will continue to collaborate with them.

Great option for a pet with ongoing issues that will be lifelong. It’s much more affordable than our local vet and the care and support is amazing.

Wonderful online vet service would recommend always especially if you have an animal who doesn’t particularly care to go to the vet office. They actually follow up and check in after the appointment which the regular veterinarian doesn’t even do five stars across the border.
