I absolutely love Dutch and have had such a great experience using their service. The platform is incredibly easy to use, and being able to connect with a licensed vet from home has been such a relief and convenience. Their team has always been responsive, compassionate, and thorough in addressing my pet’s needs. I really appreciate how stress-free they make the process compared to traditional vet visits, especially when I need quick guidance. The pricing feels very fair for the level of care and convenience they provide. I’ve recommended Dutch to others and will definitely continue using them in the future!

This is not the first time Dutch has let me down. On three occasions I have used Dutch. The first time went great, my cat was having tummy trouble and we got it fixed. The second time was last year, I needed antibiotics for my cat and "rush" shipping did not happen, even though I was charged for this. I quickly cancelled my membership. However, this time a year later it was the same. My cat needed simple antibiotics and they STILL have not shipped four days later, and yes I paid for "rush" shipping and pharmacy speed. Customer service is extremely slow, you get the round about trying to get ahold to anyone as the vet you speak with it not helpful when it comes to shipping (understandable, it's not their job). Overall I'm extremely mad and should have saved money to go to the real vet... which I'm going to right now. This service would be fine if you were not in a hurry for medication, but DO NOT USE if you need a pet prescription in a speedy manner. I'm so disappointed. Service is great in concept, the actual vet I spoke with was great, but overall I would NOT recommend their service.

Being able to keep my cat at home and explain symptoms without having to spend three hours at a vets office while they tell me I need 20 different tests to figure out what kind of worms my cat has. Most of us have had animals all our lives and no certain things that we don’t need test for nor do we need to spend a minimum of $700 every time we see a vet. I love using Dutch. It makes my life simpler and my cats don’t stress out on the car ride or the three hours at Vet would highly recommend a membership.
