Don't know how I would make it without this affordable option for vet care!
Such a helpful and affordable service for those of us who are low income/fixed income. I really like that I can "see" the same vet for the online visits. My vet is knowledgeable, friendly and so far has availability on short notice.

Antibitoic Prescriptions take a WEEK to Arrive
Update: I was finally given a refund, but only after I posted here and commented on Social Media about my experience. Very poor customer service. Signed up because they advertised they could prescribe antibiotics for a UTI. Then I found out (before the vet call) that they take SEVERAL DAYS/up to a WEEK to get the antibotics to you because they REQUIRE you to use their online pharmacy. To use a local pharmacy costs a fee and takes DAYS for them to do. So I had to cancel the appointment and schedule one with a local vet. When I asked for a refund (since I'm not using their services) they DENIED it. I do NOT recommend them.

PHONE CONSULT WAS EXCELLENT
PHONE CONSULT WAS EXCELLENT, BUT THEN MEDS TOOK 3 DAYS LONGER THEN PROMISED AND WE PAID EXTRA FOR EXPEDITED DELIVERY. THEN THE MEDS DIDN'T WORK!

Great first time experience
So far, I had a great experience discussing our pet’s issue and the veterinarian was able to explain what needed to be done as far as treatment and cleaning of my pet’s ear. I feel very confident in this company. This is the first time we had an appointment so I am looking forward to getting any assistance needed for any or all our pets

Great option to skip vet visits!
Great option to skip vet visits that are costly!! If only I could do everything remote through Dutch 😄
