Misled about being easy to book a vet…
Misled about being easy to book a vet call at convenient times. Misled about getting simple prescriptions for flea/tick/heart worm medications. Will accept payments for things with the understanding it won’t send until you have a virtual vet call, except they leave out the fact some states don’t allow virtual prescriptions, like Wisconsin. So do a little research prior to just accepting that all of the things they say they can do actually apply to your situation.

You are right that prescription availability varies by state, and in Wisconsin there are limitations on what we are able to prescribe virtually. We do want to note that our sign up process does require you to input your state and outlines the services available in your area before proceeding to purchase. We also want to make sure you are aware that even in Wisconsin your membership still gives you access to order over the counter products as well as unlimited vet advice appointments.
