What an absolute SCAM. Cat has diarrhea and cannot get a vet zoom call until tomorrow NIGHT. Then I am told by message that I will be waiting until next week to receive medication because its about to be the weekend. For simple meds, SIMPLE. I am sick to my stomach that I have fallen for this companies tactics. What is the point of using them? This does not help my cat. This HURTS my cat, and its Dutch's fault.

Dutch isn't intended to replace emergency care, so if your cat's symptoms feel urgent, an in-person vet visit is always the safer route in the meantime. On appointment availability, same-day slots are often open, though timing can vary depending on how booked the vets are. For medications, we offer rush shipping (1-2 days), priority shipping (2-3 days), and free standard shipping (4-7 days), as well as the option to transfer to a local pharmacy, which we see you did in this case. We hope your cat is feeling better soon.
