Nathan was very helpful in explaining the current situation for new businesses like ours, and gave very practical advice for the next 3-6 months for us, even directing our business elsewhere because of it not being a good fit currently w/ Durango. This free, right-now, advice was invaluable as I hadn't read this anywhere online despite lots of research. Very impressed....
