Durango really cares about their customers! Nathan has been fabulous so far, he's been very patient in answering all my questions and has gone above and beyond to help me set up a payment processor for my somewhat high risk shop. I'm beyond happy with my decision to use you, thank you!!

Durango assigns an agent to you which allows the establishment of an ongoing relationship for your business needs. It is enormously helpful that the individual you are communicating with for support is familiar your business history and its background.

Durango Merchant Services came to our rescue and saved us thousands. The big banks had lumped our business into a "high risk" category and simply declined to talk to us, and our former processor was charging us a small fortune. We needed a change. Brad presented our business to his industry contacts and ultimately landed us with a global processor at a fair price - ending months of frustration. We highly recommend Durango as a partner for your business.

I've been with Durango for years. They are awesome people to work with because they understand my business and its processing needs. They've always return my calls promptly and offered solutions when I really needed them. I'm glad I chose them. Highly recommended!

Great experience getting my site approved and up and running. The service agent guided me through every step and promptly answered any concerns I had. Approval was fast. The technical integration is expansive and quite easy to work with. Once approved I was able to start collecting payments in days. Their technical team is also very fast to respond with detailed answers. All in all, this was a great decision to leave my more expensive payment processor and come to Durango. I have a better rate, a better web portal, and far superior customer service.

We bought a boutique hotel this year and felt a little in over our heads. Amber helped us to get set up with a new merchant account that would integrate with our new booking systems. We're now in the process of setting up another account for our bar and we couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Durango and Brad have been a big part of launching our business back in 2019. When the world stopped during COVID, Durango helped our business by advocating our needs to the banks. We are happy and fortunate to have a strong partner.
